Elleeplex Lash and Brow tint

Introducing the newest generation of lash & brow tint: Elleeplex Lash and Brow Tinting system. A unique feature of the system is that there is a 2% oxidant instead of 3%. This is to fall in line with the EU standards for tinting products for use around the eye area. You will find absolutely no difference with this percentage decrease as the product works brilliantly and has the longevity of color and brilliance that customers have come to expect.
This tinting system can also be mixed with next-generation Regen to infuse incredible moisture & nourishment into the lashes or brows during processing.
